Regardles time of alunch, its same thing, game that you could play on another console too.

Zelda U will use max from Wii U hardware, so Wii U owners will get best game that hardwares allowed, so regardless NX version it will probably best game for Wii U.

It isn't the same thing at all, when you have a superior version releasing at the same time. It completely kills off the Wii U version.
