I Disagree with 2 things you have said, one being Objective and the Second being Subjective.

- This is Objective

Another one is that Captain America is, for the purpose of the movie, WAY OVERPOWERED.

He can stop a flying helicopter, as shown in the trailers.

He can single-handedly go against Spider-Man AND come out ok.

But, worst of it, he can DEFEAT IRONMAN, which is just not conceivable in any way, especially when the previous MCU iterations had shown Stark’s suit to be powerful enough to go against Thor and even to fight the Hulk (I know, I know, he called a special over suit – Hulkbuster – for that job but even so, the tech should not be fragile to the point that even Bucky could harm the helmet) and knock the latter down (and I call bullshit on that since that punch should only make the Hulk go back to being angry, but this may just be my fan side talking…).

...

2nd -  This is Subjective

Remeber: that stupid idea of “real life” heroes brought the atrocities that were Nolan’s views of Batman. I mean, come on: a “real life Batman”? Heroes - Are - Supposed - To - Be - PHANTASY! It is all about the myth! Strip the legend out of Batman and you have a crazy guy, who should be in a mental institution, running in a ridiculous suit all over the city. And what about “The Dark Knight” openly defending that, to catch a bad guy, it is ok to go through all my constitutional rights for intimacy and privacy? Not on my watch! (I did not even see the third one since I almost puked at the end of “The Dark Knight”. If it weren’t for Heath’s acting as The Joker – even though Jack Nicholson made a far better one in my honest opinion – I would have sued to get my money back.)

Now with the 1st is an Objective opinion. You obviously have no idea what Captain America is capable of, there have been many cases of Cap beating down Ironman in not only Civil war other instances as well. If you knew anything about the MCU you would know that Cap is very capable of taking down Villians as well as Heroes that are much stronger then him and this does include poeople like Ironman or Spiderman, or even dare I say it The Hulk.

And the 2nd is an Subjective opinion. Cristopher Nolan basically made it so that Comic book Movies would finally be taken seriously with Hollywood and also showed that having deep and meaningful stories with good actors, dont get me wrong im not saying that those movies were for everyone, I just feel that for the reasons you gave for hating the the Nolan batmans were kind of shallow though again this is Subjective.

And just a little Tidbit from where I am coming from, I absolutley HATE where they are going with the Civil War movie, as a big fan of the Civil WarComics I cannot understand why they are doing this movie for the order of the MCU(I would just wait a couple more years till they have like an actual story arch and have more in this Movie ... Uggg). Just major reasons on why the Civil War happens in the first place will not be happening in the movie. I have not seen the movie yet but I will be going out this next weekend to watch it though im not thrilled.

Hey, I love a good exchange of ideas! I'm just sorry it is late now here where I live, but I'll come back to this talk once I get the time. I promise.

But other than that, you seem to agree with many of my other arguments. Have you also noticed how they try and make Cap look like he is the embodiment of the US and its relation with the rest of the world's organizations?
