I'm not taking it too seriously. I had already dropped it but then you replied to me again.
Anyway, concerning the first part of your post, it is something I hadn't previously considered necessary to include as it should reasonable enough evidence enough that a bet is made by 2 consenting/agreeing parties. That was not the case in my situation because I was not informed it was a bet (except for that implication)/ and as such I agreed to no rules that came along with it. If you like things that try to trick you into things, good on you. But as for me, I am not going to participate for that very reason.
Bait and scam are not what I called it but it fits better than calling it a 'bet'. As for that last part I've already explained it so much I can't be bothered to re-explain myself again.
Honestly, at this point you're keeping this alive much longer than it needs to be. If you want to call it a bet, go ahead -feel free. Call me someone who evaded a bet. Go for it. But you're really just wasting your time replying to me as I will not agree to what you say just as you seemingly will not agree to what I say.
