Why they have to launch zelda U and NX on the same day?

Yes, I am pretty sure that Nintendo would done something similar like MS done with XB1 if they didnt miss holiday season with NX, but after  they moved launch for 4 months they changed their plans too.

Well whatever they have planned, it better be perfectly explained and leave no questions.
