It's still irrelevant. Everyone was asked the same question, some said 2016, others 2017. The result was 2017, and that's it.
We can't be arbitrary and say "it's only 3 months into 2017, that's practically 2016" or "it clearly was delayed, therefor nobody wins/loses"
If the 2017 side lost, we would have no way around it. But clearly it isnt the same for 2016. So just take it like a man.
