March 2017 technically is closer to Nov/Dec 2016 than holiday 2017 anyway.

It's a three month delay. Basically everything else that was largely predicted about the NX is more or less true.

Nintendo is killing off the Wii U (effectively) for the NX. Wii U is effectively a four year console, not even a full four years really as the back half of 2014 makes the GameCube's 2005 look like an all-star lineup of games. True. 

Nintendo gives no shits about showing the NX at "X" number of E3s beforehand like other consoles. True. Hell, NX will not even be shown at one single E3 show prior to launch. 

Zelda is launching with NX. Not only true, but Nintendo was not even willing to give it to Wii U owners this Christmas. 

Some people were three months off on the release date ... but they were basically right in the overall supposition.

But hey like I said this is like the guy who is celebrating for being right about his wife not having dinner with another man ... yes he was right about that ... but he was wrong that they weren't fucking for several months like his friend tried to tell him that something was clearly up. 

So I mean, it's a bit of a hollow victory if there ever was one.
