I just completed the demo you do get something when the full game releases, when you complete it it takes you to the PSN store to download something that unlocks when the game comes out.
Overall it was pretty good ill definitely get it when it comes out.
Edit: Im not done yet it seems theres a second level you can play 0.o this is a pretty big demo.
