Still changes have been made to BP of lots of moves, Pokémon Stats, typing weaknesses and this problem still hasn't been solved, does it take that much to make Flash a 70BP electric move that lowers accuracy ?

Or ya know.... a key item that you just have in your bag called "Lantern" which negates the dark effect of caves?
