Totally disagree that is just 3DS game in HD, even is using similar concept like 3D Land it's pretty different, also have 4-coop player.

HD graphics is about the only thing in 3D World that couldn't be done on 3DS, or for that matter on Gamecube. It's levels are small, linear, and isometric, with few moving parts or complex systems.
