That is bull. I made a prediction thread about that in may 2014 and even then the consensus was that it will happen in 2016

Only 16% said 2016 but the point is when I made it,  it looked like it wouldn't happen this year.  People called me crazy.  The posts are there for all to see.  Someone even said,  easy win for him and he'd bookmark my post to laugh at me when it happens.
