It's funny how both "leaks" are almost the complete opposite, so we can only believe one or the other. Personally, I don't believe any of them. I see that the second rumor/leak has it's own thread, but before going there to see what they say, I just want to say that there is a mistake in that leak: there are 64-bit ARM processors, and they've been around for years since the ARMv8 architecture was available in the A35, A53, A57 and A72 processors. Does it make it easier to port from x86-64 to them than it is to port to 32-bit ARM? That, I don't know. |
