In terms of activities, cycling and Kayaking. We got a nice river only 3 mins walk from where I live. They are relatively cheap hobbies too.
As far as nerding out goes, I have tried to get into the whole steelbook / imported blurays, buts its too expensive for me, your looking at £30 + sometimes for just ONE movie. I do own a couple of sets that I like. Black Rain on steelbook for example is the most I have ever spent on a single movie (£48). Its looks sick though.
I would like to collect art books as well properly. I only have The Alien Archive, Analysis of Ghost In the Shell and Yoshitoshi Abe Lain Illustrations. Again, some of these are too pricey. Would love to collect more though.
I'm also working on a home cinema, again, too costly and time consuming. The image quality is great (see pic), but the set up is not professional at all. Need to build a stage, make the ceilings darker and work on a electrinic railing system for a more inviting look.
