The difference would be that the Wii U is coming to an end, while Vita is still around. It would make sense if they ported games from a dying console that no one cared about. If NX ends up being successful, then you can enjoy ported Wii U games without needing to buy one.

Vita is still trying to be around while companies are pretty much working against it with ports and just moving Vita games to the PS4.

Works for both since vita is pretty much as dead than WiiU where it matters, in the west. For everyone both werr dead.

I dont think that makes à réal différence for thé buyers who bought à WiiU in 2014-2015, not knowing 2016 would be the last year before first rumors about NX replacing it.
