The manga is in Jump, and so I'd assume the studio would have more faith in the series...but it might be there's another factor at play. Maybe the manga isn't popular enough in Japan to warrant more than one season, or the budget for the single season is too high to warrant anything more. Still, if the anime increases the sales of the manga, I think there's a good chance it'll be renewed for another season. If the quality keeps up, and they don't try to rush the series, I'd certainly welcome it. |
