Pretty much. Don't forget that it can only sell to the existing PS4 userbase or people who buy a PS4 for it, which would be an extra ~£250 to £330.
It's a peripheral for a console that is far from having reached its peak. It's not going to be anywhere close to the Wii in terms of holiday sales and it certainly won't be the most sold gift in the UK in 2016 either. Even if we only count gaming hardware, both PS4 and X1 will do better.
