Why do you think when you see news about the negotiations of peace in Syria it's always Kerry vs Lavrov sitting against each other and doing the negotiating? That's the REAL conflict in Syria. Such BS stories like the one in OP and tales of how the heroic Russians are fighting terrorist more efficiently than the West are meant to confuse people and undermine the position of the Western governments.
