Again Kimishima said more Wii U and 3DS games and he said that in late October before TPHD,SFG & PM were annonuce his most recent statement about unannounced games was about the 3DS not the Wii U,also he said that yes he wants more games like Splatoon and SMM but he didn't said on what platform,TPHD is made by Tantulus and supervised by Aonuma much like OoT3D,MM3D and HW were,as far as SFZ goes nobody can say for sure how Nintendo and PG are making it so neither you or I can say for sure were the main development of the game is being made

Actually I can tell for SFZ. In an Interview the Platinum devs stated that they worked on the project by themselves with Miyamoto going to their office almost every day and sometimes bringing a couple Nintendo employees to either show them how the development was going/ help giguring out some problems...
