Hardcore Mode in Starfox Zero apparently locked behind Falco Amiibo

If the mode is unlockable through a method other than Amiibo, like beating the game, then there is no problem, to me anyway.

But if this is the only way to unlock it, that's essentially on-disc DLC, which I oppose on principal.
