In The Netherlands I pre order my games usually for €50-you just got to know the places to do that, so Japan ain't that special. For our Dutchies and Belgium friends check out yourgamezone.nl if you are going to pre-order something it can save a few bugs. Dark souls is available for pre order over there at €51 instead of the usual €65-€70- they ask at our major shops like mediamarkt, bol.com, gamemania, nedgame etc.
