Not too surprising unfortunately. Must be hard for Sony to justify having two studios dedicated solely to racing games at a time of such high costs and competition. Especially when one fumbles the launch of their last game so badly.
I thought they were great though. Motorstorm was the first game I played on my PS3, and blew me away with how good it looked, and was fun as hell too. Driveclub was my first racer of this gen too, and is one of my favourite racing games of all time. A Dirveclub 2 would have been special.
