IF it's real my guess is Nintendo will allow people to buy physical button "clip ons" for the controller, they could just be transparent plastic that would cost like 20 cents to manufacture.
Still the oval shaped screen for the sake of having an oval shaped screen seems like a large gimmick to me, one that's probably expensive, though we know for a fact they have a deal with Sharp for free form LCDs.
