and photoshopping isn't the only way to fake something like this. There's a lot of reason to think this could be fake.
The angle in particular the shot is being taken could be explained by people not knowing how to take a picture, but should still be a factor for this. It's not impossible for someone to have created some kind of shell to look like the patent (because that's very much what it looks like) and created some print-out to glue onto it. Likely to make it less obvious, they probably put the analogs on after the print-out.
The other thing that points to it being fake is a line from the article that produced the image showing it wasn't heavily photoshopped.
