its probably your internet connectiong, you get free characters with updates

I have 150Mbps downloads where I'm at currently, with extremely low latency. I have 0 lag at least. I just want more variety in who I play. Is it location based, or is it based on win rates? Any ideas on how to fix this?  *looks hopeful*

I'm just leary that Ono will get distracted, and Street Fighter will suffer as a result.
