I'm guessing they are talking about EA access and similar services? Not a bad thing honestly, if that's the case.

EA Access (Origin Access) is already on PC. You can't bring something that already exists. The only thing that doesn't exist is a live subscription.

The way they try to hide it is worrying. It's a shame because if they added mod support and do all of the above (minus the live subscription) I would be onboard to give some support to a Steam alternative.
