Every civilized country and even some not so civilized countries all have free health care for all citizens. That is except for the USA smh! These are just a few that do... UK, Australia, Canada, Japan, Germany (we taught those last 2 Democracy after WW2 and they are putting us to shame now smh), France, Cuba etc
