EU/Others market severely overtracked?

Using VGC only the DS has any significant difference between others and Americas:

Perhaps the US economy really is getting to the console market.
Also Nintendo were shipping more Wiis to Europe than America despite the shortages (until recently) due to the poor dollar, It looks like this will be changing soon though with (once more) almost 50% of supply going to America.
