Again, look at what is causing the immigration. If there is a wall and still jobs, they will just come in another way. Heck, there are already a bunch of walls - some even splitting at least one city in half along the USA/Mexico. It's disgusting.
As long as those people can get work they will keep coming back. You stop it at the source - the companies that are hiring them - the source of the money. They are the US Citizens and corporations breaking the law.
You want to blame the people who are getting the jobs, and not the employers. It makes no since to do that. The employers are the ones causing the problem.
