I have the old parts around still. Old Socket 462 board + Athlon XP with Windows 98+drivers. I am an 80's kid and was gaming on PC in the 90's, so I know all the teccy stuff from that era. :P
Hard part is finding a decent monitor though, not many cheap 4:3 1024x768 panels around these days.

Sometimes I find old XP era monitors in yard sales and the like. They're still out there. I think lots of companies and universities still have those kinds of monitors and are in the process of throwing them away.
