If I had to go for a top 3:
1. Pokemon Mystery Dungeon no doubt
2. Pokemon ranger. It was very fun and was a novel idea. They should really bring it back!
3. Pokemon Conquest was a nice change of pace. It deserves a sequel as well.
Honorable Mentions: Pokemon Dash was surprisingly fun for my 7 year old brain. Also it was one of the very first Pokemon games I owned along side Mystery Dungeon and Diamond!
