Potential Zelda Wii U Buyers - what lack of features would make you skip the game?

Yeah you're probably right about the stable frame rates. I don't even mind the AA nonsense if the art style looks good. 

But I'm worried about it being like a late PS360 game as well. Hopefully it will be like Twilight Princess but I have a feeling Nintendo may be pulling all the stops for the NX version now and are expecting majority Wii U owners to buy it on the NX :-/

Yeah, that's my main concern now too; that the Wii U version will be cut down and downgraded compared to the footage they've shown previously.
