That said just look at the yearly sales, it's no contest (in terms of profits) 

But it means more money for 3Rd parties.  Probably why Playstation gets better support. 

 

OT: PlayStation has about 2/3rds of the pie and it's seriously dominating the software.  Not a bad week at all.  

 

2DS release next week could push the DS up above 100k? Are we expecting that? 

Not necessarily. Look at some of the huge sellers on 3ds. That said the argument is Sony vs nintendo in profits. Nintendo wins by a huge margin, even third party companies make more money (Japan only)
