Not so much yet it doesn't barely get any new releases. If anything the situation regarding nintendo platforms and software shows its doing quite well!
Edit: 3ds is over PSV. Ps4 isn't that ahead, don't get how you think Sony platforms are food yet dismiss 3ds (and WiiU is having stock problems though that's ninty fault)
