I think Tsutaya is Playstation focused. That is, if I recall correctly.

Nah, Tsutaya is pretty... balanced. PS just had a bunch of releases this week... for each of the 3 platforms. 3DS only has had what? 2 releases this month? And Wii U is the Wii U.
