For the long-running anime question, I think it's more likely to be a reboot of an older series rather than anything new. Considering that the anime adaptations are often used to sell manga/novels, waiting for the source material to build up before starting the anime isn't really practical. Personally, I've grown to prefer multi-season series over endless filler arcs, at least given the option. Just as long the pacing isn't crap of course...which really is the big question. |
Yes man! Diamond is Unbreakable, is gonna be so good animated! Araki's style definitely changed quite a bit after part 3 (probably because it resembled fist of the north star so much), but it ain't bad, it's just more fabulous I guess would be the best way to put it. It definitely takes some getting used to, but I've grown quite fond of it :)
