We should have games, as the developers decided to make them.

It's Nitendo's decisions to release and not release content. No one outside party is forcing them to censor themselves. 

Honestly, though, I'm happy they're doing this. Having sexualized bikinis in a tactica, fantasy RPG is plain stupid. What works in Japan doesn't necessarily work in the West, and Nintendo knows that.
