I thought it was a month old... but its a month and a year old. Fuck, I'm gonna get warned for necro-bumping this 
Already edited in the other thread, but you should ask a mod to move this to Nintendo discussion, because I have no clue how to solve this (got no 3DS). To me it still looks like a disk reading error.
