Each version of Fire Emblem Fates does not have as much content as Awakening.

My point is subjective, but I think quality of the chapters also matters in this case. Awakening didn't have very good map design. From what I hear of Fates(Particularly Conquest), the level design is far superior. I don't care about the length of the chapters. I just care about how good they are. 

Besides we all know Radiant Dawn is still going to be the best one.
