I worked with Nintendo Germany last year. Never has there been anybody with secret informations about Directs or anything. It's not like they are participating in that. If they get any info about a direct at all, it would be that there is one happening and maybe the exact date. But no list with games or anything. No way. Also, working with paper is quite unusual over at their HQ in Frankfurt. They switched to digital for the most part. The only piece of paper I ever got was my contract (Freelancer).
So yeah, basically, this is fake.
