If you watch Bleach after the first arc then go get a filler guide. Seriously, it has some okay filler but also some worthless waste of time filler. Also, the beginning of the series doesn't get really good until the other members of Soul Society start appearing, so give it a little time.
If you haven't seen it, then go watch Fate Zero.
Fairy Tail is pretty much the definition of "meh" but it can be an okay way to pass the time.
I'd also suggest Is It Wrong to Try to Pick Up Girls in a Dungeon?. It's really good and I think you'd like the MMO-type aspects.
