Hate to break it to you, but that game has pretty much gone.  The petition was originally for Decode and they brought Cyber Sleuth instead.

These sales will likely lead to Next Order (Vita with a PS4 port) coming next.  Then I assume after that the next Digimon title in Japan will be PS4 native, maybe with a Vita version (and NX if it's out by then).

Hope is the only thing we shall lose.
