I'm pretty sure the consoles aren't officially released in most of sub-Saharan Africa either. South Africa and Botswana maybe, but certainly not Mozambique, Zimbabwe, Congo, etc, etc, etc.
Since South Korea doesn't have much in the way of consoles sold (yet), I'd say others/others is a mix of Hong Kong, Taiwan and South America. I don't know if the systems have been released in all South American countries, but I'm sure at the very least Brazil and Argentina have seem a fair share of the other/other console sales pie.
