Haven't really gotten that much into walking simulators (:P) yet, I might try some.
Not sure I would like story driven ones, I liked Portal due to its puzzly challenge.
Any suggestions? Antichamber?
BTW I remember you linked your youtube channel before, but that last Hammer Bros video you have is great, congrats!
But the best way to "beat" a Hammer Bros is to run past them 
(or from under like you say)
