From what I seen Nintendo for million sellers for Wii U is including only titles that sold more than 1.6m and for 3DS more than 3.8m. For instance in previous financial report Zelda OoT was in last place of millions sellers games with 3.8m and in this report we dont have OoT at least any more beacuse Nintendogs+cats suprised it with 3.95m.

Yeah I know. I figure on those pages they only list the "Top 10" of a system. Apparently Nintendogs overtook Ocarina of Time again this quarter.

I was under the impression for a moment though that this earnings report itself was for the whole year, but it was the Q3 report instead. So at least we know Majora's Mask didn't sell a million over the last period, but hopefully it will have sold enough last year to be mentioned in the full-year report in a couple months (won't be in that "top 10" though obviously).

Yes you are right they include only Top 10 for a system, and million sellers in previous quarter.
