Yes, but I think it would have found itself onto their shareplay themes and visuals for those who live stream too. Their request did state audio visual streaming. If it's a full on campaign like their other slogans, they would have made the most of it, although it would have been unlikely they would go full Fine Bros in the gaming community. 

 

What if they run the campaign without a ™, what would be the legal consequences?

A fair last question, what is stopping them using it as it's not TM by anyone else? That said they could have gone for something slightly different like 'Lets Play Together' and it sounds more sloganish therefore might have been passed.

 

Now that they have no choice maybe they will be a bit more original.
