is the PS3 the best Gaming Device you can still buy right now? best bang for your buck

Yeah I know but ovens vita. I play my ps1 classics from my discs on the TV and have downloaded a few others. 

Guessing that is "not on"? but Yeah the PS3 is class for some of the downloadable games, picked up Suikoden 1+2 during a sale a while back on psn for €2.40 each, now I can sell off my original copy of the first game on ebay o/ not really a huge fan of collecting ps1 games so I figure I'm going to drop a few that I have digitally now.
