Why isnt Nintendo releasing more Wii Remasters in general? like Fatal Frame 4 for example

Theoretically, Wii U should have no issue emulating Gamecube; it emulates Wii, which is the same architecture, just with more memory and 50% more CPU/GPU clockspeed.
