Nope its the 360 since its supports external HDD so its much easier to upgrade the HDD and transfer files it also has a much lager overall library of games and Games with Gold is actually still pretty good while PSN+ on the PS3 side has been pretty terrible for a long time now. The 360 also has a better UI and overall it just a lot easier to use once you download a game you don't have to install it achievements automatically go to your gamertag (no need to sync trophies). Plus the 360 controller is vastly superior to the dualshock 3.

everything you are saying i am thinking its the reverse

-suprior controller? Not for me it has rounded buttons which are hurting my fingers and the Dpad is awfull. I also dont like the huge triggers

-i much rather prefer changing my hardrive myself and built in a 2TB which is more than enough, Xbox doesnt allow you it without losing your warranty. And i have heard it can also break your console if the HD isnt recognized.

- Gold and PS+ are the same, but it doesnt change the fact that PS3 online is for free. With the 360 its not.

- can your 360 play all PS1 games? no it cant, thats over 3000 games less for 360. The OG Xbox emulation performs terrible and only a handfull of titles are supported by the way

- 360 cant play blue rays

- 360 is region locked so thats even more Games your PS3 will be able to play over 360.

The PS3 is actually a terrible choice for just playing Blu ray movies or streaming.  I can buy a top notch Blu Ray player for less then 1/3 of the price of a PS3 and it will be miles better then a PS3 in both playing Blu ray movies and streaming media (Netflix, Hulu, Youtube etc.).  On top of all that it will do it while using less then 1/4 power of the PS3.  Using a PS3 instead of a Blu ray player for watching Blu ray movies or streaming is like using a oven to warm up food instead of a microwave.
