Most entertainment is white entertainment and most award ceremonys are dominated by white talent, hence this existence of the other awards.
OP: I don't think the Academy is the real issue but I won't complain about these actors boycotting because they're actions will hopefully act as a catalyst for those whom it concerns in hollywood.
