Maybe you're being sarcastic but there's no need to be an asshole, we dont know his situation and he says money is tight, cant afford both and is asking for advice. Maybe he has more important things to spend money on then just video game?
Back on topic. Do you have a ps3? If so you can pick up all 3 games for less then $20! Then if possible save up for U4.
However im assuming you probably dont have a ps3 so if you had to choose between the 2 i would say pick the collection. Since your interested in uncharted playing 1-3 before 4 is essential, specially 2! So you might not be able to play uncharted 4 on day 1 but save up and maybe you can afford it in the future!
