That spells flop all over. It wont succeed. The thing about Netflix and PSNOW is that there on lots of devices. PSNOW is on ps4 and on sony tvs. While Netflix is on anything. 

 

This could be on multiple devices too. AppleTV, iPad, iPhone, Android devices, Wii U, 3DS, physical NX hardware ... hell maybe even PS4 and XB1 (maybe this is where the chatter about NX working with PS4 is coming from?). 

There's nothing really stopping it from doing that.
